Kettle Bell Training - Rock the Bells

In Rock the Bells you will learn proper Kettle Bell techniques including:
proper grips, and the basic performing arts (Swing, 1-arm Swing, Clean, Jerk and Snatch)... as well as other aspects of fitness to make sure you get a Complete workout.
The class is taught by Kettle Bell Athletic Performance Trainer, as well as 2nd place Mr. Olympia competitor, James Robinson.
